This year, kitchens across India, Nepal, the United Kingdom, Germany, Spain, the United States, Mexico and many other parts of the world will once again become places where traditions meet, friendships begin and confidence quietly grows. Every recipe video will offer more than cooking instructions. It will introduce a family tradition, preserve a cultural memory, celebrate resilience or simply remind someone that a home-cooked meal prepared with love can speak every language.
For some participants, submitting a recipe will be their greatest achievement this year. For others, it may become the first step towards a dream they have carried for many years. Some may discover new friends across continents. Others may inspire a child with visual impairment to believe, for the very first time, that cooking is not beyond their reach.
